Hello!
Often times, people feel the need to voice an unsatifactory experience but, in this case, I actually wanted to do the opposite. Friday night (Nov. 21st), I held a Light Up Night Happy Hour there and I wanted to commend everyone on the excellent and friendly service we received. I made a reservation for 15 people for the upstairs part. Not only was the place decorated simple yet tasteful … it proved to be very festive and a GREAT time was had by all. The majority of people had never been there before so the accomodating service can reassure some return visits. Sadly, I cannot remember the name of our waitress but her patience and attentiveness helped make our experience pleasant.
All and all, I really just wanted to say THANK YOU for making our time so enjoyable and providing such great service. We all really appreciated it! Memorable experiences such as these are hard to find these days!

My wife and I were downtown on Friday, June 29th to see a show at Heinz Hall. We parked close to -------, so we thought we would try to get a table. Unfortunately, the hostess was quite rude. I had been to Tonic with friends once or twice in the past. I told my wife that we should make the trek to Tonic.
We weren't disappointed. Both the hostess and waiter were extremely friendly and accommodating. My wife and I were impressed with the menu choices and the quality of the food. And the mojitos were all we needed to unwind.
