*shrimp fritter with jalapeño ranch dipping sauce
*menu choices need to be placed a minimum of 5 business days prior to the event $16 per person

*filet crostini with horseradish green onion aioli
*smoked salmon bruschetta with lemon caper crème fraiche
*shrimp cocktail with cilantro vodka cocktail sauce
*pork tenderloin on sweet potato chip topped with chipotle corn salsa

*roma tomato, fresh mozzarella, avocado, basil and lemon oil salad
*crab cake rockefeller with red pepper coulis

All parties are subject to an 18% gratuity and 7% sales tax. A minimum of 50 % nonrefundable deposit is required on all preordered food items.
